Nigel is an experienced EFL Business English teacher with a background in the arts and a degree in Music from Cambridge University, where he was a choral scholar at King’s College.
Shaped as much by language as by culture and music, Nigel supports clients from around the world in feeling truly at ease, both linguistically and culturally, while living and working in the UK, and in developing a deeper understanding of British cultural history.

English Coaching
Bespoke, one-to-one coaching designed to help you speak with natural fluency, clarity, and confidence in both professional and everyday situations. Sessions place particular emphasis on conversational ease, pronunciation, and accent reduction, so you can express yourself naturally and be fully understood.
For business clients, particular focus is placed on developing key professional skills across a range of contexts, from presentations and public speaking to negotiation and interview preparation, ensuring ideas are communicated with structure, clarity, and impact.

Music-led events and carefully curated occasions, shaped with sensitivity and meticulous attention to detail. Drawing on professional experience as a singer and conductor, and longstanding involvement in arranging weddings, funerals, memorial services, and corporate events, each occasion is handled with complete discretion and care.
